At Next Steps Academy, safety and security are of the utmost importance. We ensure that every child is well-protected by implementing 24-hour classroom camera surveillance, adhering to all ratio and DCF standards, and having staff members who are CPR and first-aid trained. Our team is also equipped with trauma center credentials to handle any emergencies that may arise.
Parents can rest assured that they have full access to their children at all times, with updates available via text, phone calls, or in-person visits. We have safety protocols in place for pick up by individuals other than a parent to ensure the safety of every child.
Our specialized therapy teams are available onsite daily to address all children and family needs, and our bilingual staff is always available to communicate with parents who speak languages other than English. At our childcare center, we prioritize the safety and security of every child in our care.
